No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum at all times. No Schoolies or Large Gatherings: This property is not suitable for schoolies, large groups, or unsupervised youth gatherings. General Behavior: Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and leave it in good condition. Rubbish to be taken out and leave things tidy. Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property. Please put cigarette butt/smoking waste appropriately away. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please do not leave your pets by themselves. They must be supervised by your pet controllers. Please keep pets on a leash when outside and clean up after them. No pets allowed on furniture/beds, and please avoid pets in bedrooms unless permitted. Kindly inform us of your pet’s breed and size before booking. Extra charge will be occurred if there are damages/extra cleaning required caused by pets. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is by 10AM unless specified. Please report any damages or issues promptly.
